How long will it take for my order to ship?

Most orders will ship out within 10 business days, a very large portion of my products are kept in stock so there is the chance that it is quicker than that. If you have a deadline that you need your order by and it is in a reasonable time slot I should be able to fulfill your order within the time slot.

Shipping vs Delivery vs Pick up

Pick up is available free of charge at 3 places.

Ward, Roger, and Faver (121 North Jackson Street, Starkville, MS)

If you are wanting to pick up at any of these places please choose pick up!

Delivery is available for $3 and is shown based on your zip code. Please discuss delivery with me before ordering or I will invoice you for shipping. With delivery I will contact you to set up a meeting time. I am able to deliver from Hamilton to Eupora and in between.

Shipping is a flat rate of $5. This is usually done First Class Mail. If you want it shipped Priority please purchase the expedited shipping for $8.

Inventory

Some of my ribbon I get in small increments, if you place an order and I do not have the ribbon in stock to complete your order I will contact you in order to see how you would like to proceed. Due to me selling on multiple markets I am not able to keep up with the inventory on a regular basis. I try to keep my website stocked with ribbon that I keep full time. Check my Facebook for limited new prints.

Embroidery is done by my friend at Mudbugs and Magnolias. Turn around for them is 3 week. Like mentions before this does not mean they will take 3 weeks but I want everyone to be aware that there is a waiting period!
